We, i.e. Edit from Hungary and Maria from Italy, met in Germany. Despite our different origins and languages, we both share a preference for a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing enjoyment. This commonality gave rise to our company ediriam. Our goal is to distribute healthy nutritional products among adults and children who want to consume sweets with a clear conscience.

Our products are characterized by the combination of gluten-free, low-carbohydrate, vegan, lactose-free and sugar-free ingredients as well as the minimalist manufacturing process. The resulting properties and consistency of our product have led to our name Biscakes.

And why our biscakes are called “ediriam”, you have probably already guessed, right?
