Clean Label

Read the labels of the food you shop. Most of the products contain ingredients you have never heard of or have misleading labels. For example some labels say “Natural”, but the ingredients are neither organic nor non-GMO. And “Gluten-free” does not mean non-GMO. Gluten-free foods are often based on corn, they are usually made with genetically modified corn containing BT toxin, a deadly insecticide. Avoid gluten-free  unless it’s also certified non-GMO.

Food with a clean label have a few and simple ingredients.
