The word “ediriam” is a fusion of the founder’s names Edit and Maria; two foreign women living in Germany. While we don’t share a common language nor culture, we are both passionate about a healthy lifestyle and staying fit in mind and body without renouncing indulgence. We created ediriam to spread healthy nutritional products among adults and children which satisfy the urge for sweets without leaving a craving for more like other sugary snacks do. It is the unique combination of the chemist/scientific approach accompanied by the exigent Italian taste of us founders which makes ediriam products particularly healthy and luscious. Their rare combination of gluten-free, low carb, vegan, lactose-free and sugar-free is the result of a delicate balance of a handful of ingredients, which you can actually identify on the food label.
